Free Size Exchanges
Free size exchanges within 14 days at any of our stores or by courier with receipt.
How to Return
Visit any Shoeroom store or contact hello@shoeroom.com.eg / WhatsApp. We arrange free courier pickup.
Refund Process
Refunds within 5–7 business days after inspection. Cards 3–5 days. COD refunds via transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, worn items, missing packaging/tags, socks/hosiery for hygiene.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact within 48 hours with photos. Immediate replacement or full refund at no cost.
