Shipping Information
We deliver across Egypt with clear fees by zone.
Delivery times & fees by zone
Free shipping on all orders over EGP 500. Fee is calculated from your governorate at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders over EGP 500. Below that, delivery depends on your governorate (see table). Cash on delivery is available at no extra COD fee.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2 PM Sunday–Thursday are processed the same day. Later or weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you get an email with tracking. Track anytime with order number + email, or under Account, then Orders.
Failed delivery
Our courier attempts delivery twice. If both fail, the package is held 3 days. Contact us to reschedule or arrange pickup.
